Finding the balance!
Finding the balance between an online course and good interaction of the participants is a hard thing to achieve. Also finding the balance between theory and practise in a group of scrummasters larger than normal is also a challenge. Thijs managed this on both occasions. Surely he would argue that it is the interaction of the participants that makes this happen. But it was his doing we felt trusted to have these discussions.
Too bad “Mural” is not the best tool for remote interaction, but it was good enough.
